Terms and Conditions for Manor Villa

PAYMENTS
All payments must be paid in full 10 weeks before arrival date plus a security deposit of £200.00


CANCELLATION
a) The booking deposit is non-refundable
b) You can cancel the booking in writing at any time prior to your arrival date, but the following cancellation charges will be payable:-


Date of cancellation (date of postmark) cancellation charge (booking deposit will be be deducted from this)


10-6 weeks before arrival          50%

6-4  weeks before arrival          75%

Less than 4 weeks                    100%

OTHER BOOKING CONDITIONS
a) The villa cannot be let to persons under the age of 21.
b) You must not sub-let the accommodation, allow persons not on the booking form to stay overnight without letting us know, or allow pets or animals to stay in the villa

LIABILITY
a) We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by you or any visitor to the villa or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage however caused, to any property brought onto the premises.
b) Please note that you are liable for any damage to the villa or its contents during your booking dates.
c) Without any restriction to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for loss or damage arising with connection to your stay.
d) Please note that for safety reasons children should not be left unattended in the pool area.
